The purpose of our graphic element is to have an asset that is flexible and versatile at the same time as it creates brand recognition without having to rely too heavily on the logo.
Just like the style of our icons, the graphic element is directly linked to the logo and the triangular shape/arrow of the Trustly symbol. It is the very same shape of the arrow that has been duplicated and put together that makes up our graphic element.
The concept behind the element can be described as meeting point.
The element is not a static shape. The size of the arrows can be altered which changes the shape of the element, making it adjustable for different surfaces (see diagram below). However, the graphic element always has to run from edge to edge and fill up the entire width of a surface.
The shape of the element can change depending on the size of the arrows. They can be equal in size or one arrow can be made very small and the other very big.
Aside from changing the ratio of the arrows, the element can also be applied in various ways ranging from subtle thin lines or tone-on-tone color blocks, to photography or 3D-animation.
